Every Second Monday in the month
11am to 1pm
Commencing Monday 14 May 2018
¨ Meet other carers who are in the same situation as you are
¨ Bring the person you care to a place where people understand dementia
¨ Receive specialist support from the Alzheimer's Society
¨ Have your say on what the group does - from music and games to arts and crafts to speakers and trips - anything goes
¨ Light refreshments will be offered and all this is provided free of charge

Directions to St Matthew's Church
High Street, Yiewsley Middlesex UB7 7QH
Buses U1,U3, U5, and 222 stop outside the church. In addition, bus 350 stops at West Drayton station nearby.
West Drayton Station is 5 minutes walk from the church. Turn left out of the station, cross the main road and turn right. Walk down the High Street and the church is on your left just after Morrisons. Walk down the Vicarage Drive to find the main entrance.
Please note that on weekdays during school hours, parking is not normally available on site. There is a pay and display car park in Fairfield Road behind Wilkinsons, 2 minutes walk from the church.
Easy access via a slope on the side of the building, accessible to wheelchair users.
