St Matthew’s School

St Matthew's Church has a very close and positive relationship with St Matthew's Church of England Primary School which is right next door to the church.  To find out more about St Matthew's School go to the school website.

Every Wednesday all the children of the school come into church for their weekly whole-school worship.  Many of the school's productions and other events during the school year are also held in the church.  Several members of St Matthew's Church are governors of the school.

Many congratulations to everyone at St Matthew’s CE Primary School. The school  had an inspection of its effectiveness as a church school and was judged ‘Outstanding’ in all areas.  You can read the full report here.
